This tutorial aims at getting some form of uniform map naming guidelines;

In game: Folder/mapnames (rotation/redirect)

A final version needs no information in the filename or mapname(s) indicating its a final version - the mere fact of there being nothing noted (ie., b1, b2, b3 etc.) in the mapname (other than the map's name) means its a final version.

Just a few thoughts to prevent grief later on.

The magic numbers for string length:

(Windows) 1024
(Linux) 3072

Together, we can nip this troublesome situation in the bud NOW before it gets out of hand!

Please, lose the personal initials, clan logos and all other superfluous BS in the map names.

 KEEP THE MAPNAMES SHORT!
