Call of Duty 2: Worldspawn Settings

Specifications

Direct light

  1. Sundirection # # #: The three number following are the axis: respectively North-South axis, Vertical axis and the last one is not used regarding to the official documentation;
  2. sunlight #: is the intensity of the sun light. Values over 1 will be overbright. Range (0-2);
  3. suncolor # # #: The three numbers of this attribute are reference to the RGB, but the range (0-1) is used instead of the normal (0-255). To get the (0-1) range value, find the RGB value in the normal range (0-255) and divide it by 255.


Indirect Light

  1. ambient #: Define the amount of ambient light added to the map. The range is (0-1). Be carefull not too put a value too high as it will brighten even places without any direct light;
  2. _color # # #: This is the ambient color value. The use is the same as for the suncolor but for the ambiance light. This value will mixe with the sun color;
  3. diffusefraction #: This is the brightness of the indirect light source. A value of 1 will hide the sunlight. Range (0-1);
  4. sundiffusecolor # # #: This is the color of the indirect light source. See the suncolor for explaination (RGB value);
  5. bouncefracion #: This represent the intensity of the GI calculation. Higher numbers result in flatter shading where the light is present. Range (0-1)
