The use of ladder Texture is very simple, As it´s name says, it could be used in places where you want the players being able to climb up.
can be used in Ladders (Of course), Trees, ropes, Tubes or vertical pipe lines.
This is an example using it for a ladder.
You should make the Ladder brush a bit higher than the model (Ladder) you´re using, this will make more easy for the players to reach the top.
If the ladder isnt directly against a wall and player can access the back of the ladder then its best to texture the back face of the Ladder using Player_clip
